High-temperature resistant blister packaging includes heat-pressed blister packaging and food blister packaging. Heat-pressed high-temperature resistant blister packaging combines blister boxes with paper cards through high-frequency heating, which requires the blister boxes to be transparent, withstand certain high temperatures, and not be flammable. The materials that meet this condition are PVC and PETG sheets. PET cannot withstand high temperatures because it is flammable.
Food high-temperature blister boxes are used to hold fresh vegetables and fruits, as they sometimes need to be heated in a microwave or sealed with high-frequency film, so the materials also need to have high-temperature resistance and must be environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Only PP material meets these conditions. PP material is a special food-grade material. It can not only be heated in a microwave but also be refrigerated in a cold storage. It can withstand high and low temperatures. It is very suitable for food packaging.
