INSURVANCE helps Maranatha establish a new hotel

Mata Capital completed an off-market acquisition of a retail portfolio with an investment of 67 million euros, generating a net return of 6.45%. The portfolio consists of 46 assets (37,000 square meters) located in France, primarily situated in the center of major urban commercial districts.
80% of the portfolio is leased to the French childcare expert Aubert, and a new 10-year lease has been renegotiated. Other tenants in the portfolio include national brands such as Camaïeu, Jennyfer, and Tom & Co. "After completing this transaction, Mata Capital confirmed that the acquisitions made since the company's establishment in November 2015 have exceeded 160 million euros in market business capacity," said Laurent Delautre, the transaction fund manager and founder of MCHIPF #1 and Mata Capital.
As part of this agreement, Allez & ASSOCIES (William Chemithe) advised Mata Capital on LPA-CGR lawyers (François Regis Fabul-Farret, Chloé, and Thiéblemont Alexae Fornier-FAY) Sefal Real Estate (Laurent Devriendt) to conduct technical due diligence and insurance financing.
The bank financing operation was conducted by a real estate credit bank at the proposal of the notary Thibierge and the law firm K & L Gates (Joanna KLAT Edward Vitry, Sylvie Chandesris).
In this transaction, Baishi provided advice to the seller through exclusive sales authorization, once again demonstrating its strong control over the private and institutional investment market.
